Rent the Museum
Host your next event at the Dr Pepper Museum! Choose from a variety of space configurations to meet your needs. We have one space available for rent during business hours – the KR Event Space. The Thirst Aid Station can be rented for offsite serving during business hours. All other rentals must take place after close of business on the agreed upon date.

KR Event Space

Located in the historic Kellum Rotan Building, the KR Event Space is our only standalone indoor rental space. Perfect for business meetings, receptions, parties, luncheons, and so much more.
Dedicated parking is included with this space. For rentals during business hours, your group has exclusive access to our smaller parking lot with 25 spaces. All after hours rentals include both parking lots.
What is included:
- 1,528 square feet
- Use of the Kellum Rotan Lobby
- Maximum of 80 people at round tables
- Maximum of 100 people in theater-style seating
- Maximum of 50 people at rectangular tables for conference seating
- Use of integrated sound system with microphone included
- Two sinks available
- Additional built in bench seating under the windows
Available add-ons:
- Two TVs on rolling bases
- Tables, chairs, and linens (includes set up)
- Wristbands so your group can go through the Museum
- Drinks or floats from the Soda Fountain
- Custom guest WIFI network
The Museum Courtyard

The Courtyard is located between our two historic buildings can be rented by itself or in conjunction with our indoor spaces. The Courtyard is only available to rent after hours and includes exclusive access to both of our private parking lots.
What is included:
- 3100 square feet
- Can accommodate 600 people standing and 200-400 seated depending on configuration
- Outdoor picnic table seating
- Shade structures including awning and a covered dock
- Power and water for one food truck
- Electrical outlets to accommodate a full band
Available add-ons:
- Thirst Aid Station Float Trailer
- Portable sound system with wired microphone
- Wristbands so your group can go through the Museum
Exclusions :
- Additional tables and chairs must be rented from an outside company. The Museum does not allow the use of our chairs or tables for outdoor events
- WIFI not available
- No glass of any kind

The Thirst Aid Station can be rented on site in conjunction with a Courtyard rental or can travel offsite within a 30 mile radius of the Museum. Additional details upon request.
The Soda Fountain

The Soda Fountain is available to rent in conjunction with The Courtyard. If you rent the entire Kellum Rotan Building the Soda Fountain space is included. The full Fountain menu is available to rentals. All drinks, floats, and fountain treats are in addition to your rental fee.
The Historic Kellum Rotan Building

If you rent the entire Kellum Rotan Building you have access to:
- The Soda Fountain
- The KR Event Space
- The exhibit galleries
- The Courtyard
- Both private parking lots

The Artesian Manufacturing & Bottling Company Building

The Artesian Manufacturing & Bottling Company Building, aka the AMBC or the Main Museum Building, is the historic bottling plant opened in 1906. The AMBC is on the National Register of Historic Places and is the biggest, most important artifact in the Museum’s collection.
The AMBC cannot be rented individually, only in conjunction with another space. Wristband Access must be purchased for each person in your party as an add-on.
Exclusions:
- No outside food or drinks are allowed in the AMBC
- Tables and chairs cannot be set up in the AMBC
