- Free breakfast @ the AC Hotel Waco Downtown– individually, included with room rate
- 8:30 AM to 9 AM – Vendor Market unloading
- 9 AM to 10 AM – Club member Vendor Market access
- 10 AM – Vendor Market and Museum open to the public
- Silent auction at set times during the day TBD
- 3 PM – Vendor Market load out begins
- 5 PM – All vendors need to be loaded out

CONVENTION PRICING & REGISTRATION

- Soda Collectible Vendor Market (formerly known as “Swap Meet”) table fee – $60 (selling only available to registered Club members)
- Live auction item entry available to registered Club members only
- Above rates apply to children ages 5-17 and they must be listed on a family membership with at least one adult
- Children 4 and under are free with a registered adult and do not need to be included in a family membership

Full refunds are available through the end of the day on May 1, 2026. After that date all food will be paid for so we will only be able to give a partial refund after that time. Please reach out to 1024club@drpeppermuseum.com to request a refund or let us know you won’t be able to make it.
