How many people do I need to book a Field Trip or Group Tour?
The number of participants per field trip or group tour is dependent upon the capacity of the museum and staffing needs. We do require a minimum of 20 participants per field trip or group tour.
Groups with fewer than 20 can book a field trip or group tour, but they will be required to pay for the minimum number of 20 participants.
Groups of more than 70 may be expected to split into multiple sessions.
Do I need to book a Field Trip or Group Tour in advance?
All field trips and group tours must be booked at least 7 days in advance.
Groups that are wanting to visit within 7 days of their request should check out our Group Rates page.
Please note that the discounted group rate requires at least 24 hours notice of your group’s visit.
Can my group do the Make-A-Soda or Taste-A-Soda experiences while we are there?
Our Make-A-Soda and Taste-A-Soda experiences are not available for private group bookings at this time.
The Make-A-Soda program add-on is available for field trips and group tours. Please visit the Field Trips or Group Tours pages for more information.
What payment methods are accepted?
For field trips, we accept debit or credit cards, cash, and checks.
For group tours, we accept debit or credit cards, and checks on a cases-by-case basis.

Is there bus or large vehicle parking available?
The Museum has two reserved bus parking spots for groups that have booked in advance. They are available of a first-come first-serve basis. More information can be found in the Bus Guide on the Field Trips or Group Tours pages.
Buses are not able to park in the Museum’s paid lot. The Museum does not reserve individual spots in the paid lot for field trips or group tours.
Does the Museum have a space where we can eat lunch?
There are two sets of 6ft picnic tables inside the Courtyard, a set of 4 (approx. 24-32 students) and a set of 8 (approx. 48-64 students). These spaces are open to the public, so they are not reservable for field trips. Groups are more than welcome to eat lunch onsite, but they are not guaranteed space.
The Dr Pepper Museum does not procure lunch for groups.
How do I update my group’s numbers?
Please email tours@drpeppermuseum.com or use the button in your confirmation email to update your group numbers.
