Make-A-Soda Field Trip Reminders

You will pay for your field trip when you arrive. We accept check, debit or credit card, or cash (please have cash collected and organized when you arrive).

When you enter the Museum Courtyard there will be a Presenter waiting on you. They will take one representative from the group to the desk to pay. They will pass out wristbands to the group, then give them a brief orientation. We do not offer guided tours at this time.

Groups have one hour to go through the Museum and one hour to do the Make-A-Soda Experience.

Parking
The Museum cannot accommodate parking for buses, vans, or RVs in our parking lots. There is dedicated street parking for school group buses on 5th Street outside our parking lot. There will be an a-frame sign to help direct your bus to the space where it can park. Our Parking Hosts can also help direct you. Parents, guardians, or groups who choose to arrive in individual cars will need to pay to park in our paid lot. There is no charge for street parking for buses.

Refunds and Cancellations
For questions or cancellations, please email tours@drpeppermuseum.com or text 254-244-3352. Cancellation requests sent at least 48 hours before your scheduled tour will result in a full refund. Cancellation requests sent less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled tour are non-refundable.
