Field Trips
Come learn about Dr Pepper and the soft drink industry!
Field Trips are designed for groups of 20+ Pre-K through 12th Grade students. For adult tours, please visit our Group Tours page.
Field Trips must be booked at least 7 days in advance and are only available Monday through Friday. If your group does not meet these requirements, please visit our Group Rates page.

Please read through the following information and the Field Trip Guide. Use the form at the bottom of the page to submit your field trip request. If you do not receive a copy of your request via email, your request did not submit properly. Please direct all questions to tours@drpeppermuseum.com.

Pricing
*Groups of more than 70 people may be expected to split into multiple sessions.*
Chaperones
- Educators, parents, and other adults supervising students are considered chaperones.
- Required chaperone to student ratio: 1 chaperone to 10 students.
- Adults included in the required chaperone ratio receive free admission. Additional chaperones may receive the discounted field trip rate of $10 per person if pre-reserved by the Lead Educator. Chaperones that are not pre-reserved must purchase general admission at the full $12 per person rate upon their arrival for the field trip.
Parking
- Bus parking for field trips and tours is available on a first-come first-serve basis. The museum has two reserved bus parking spots along 5th Street.
- Once these two spots are full, additional free bus parking can be found at Heritage Square (311 Austin Ave, Waco, TX 76701).
Accommodations
- The Dr Pepper Museum offers many accommodations for field trips and tours, including, but not limited to, ramp and elevator access, sensory backpacks, noise indication stickers, and alternative soda-making syrups for food allergies/dietary restrictions.
- There is no minimum required to book a field trip for a special needs group.
- Please inform the Education Team during the booking process of any accommodation your group requires.
