The Dr Pepper Museum is excited to announce the opening of applications for the $5,000 Free Enterprise Institute (FEI) Leadership Scholarship available to high school seniors pursuing postsecondary education in a business-related study. Applications open today, February 2, and must be submitted by 5 p.m. on April 13, 2026. Special consideration will be given to students demonstrating financial need.
The Dr Pepper Museum FEI Leadership Scholarship is designed to support and invest in the next generation of business leaders. Eligible applicants must meet the following criteria:
- 2026 graduating high school students who are residents of McLennan County.
- Must demonstrate financial need.
- Must plan to attend an accredited two-year or four-year university or college, including technical or community colleges (such as Texas State Technical College and McLennan Community College)
- Applicants must plan to pursue a degree in Business, Finance, Entrepreneurship, Innovative Technology, Management, or Marketing.
Students who have started their own business are encouraged to apply. Students will be required to submit a copy of their acceptance letter to the college/university they will be attending before payment is made directly to the institution.
To apply, students must submit their application along with all required supporting documents before the deadline of 5 p.m. on April 13, 2026. Incomplete or late submissions will not be considered.
