Interested in bringing your group to learn about Dr Pepper and the soft drink industry?
Group Tours are designed for groups of 20+ adults. For Pre-K through 12th Grade field trips, please visit our Field Trips page.
Guided Group Tours must be booked at least 7 days in advance and are only available Monday through Friday.
Self-Guided Group Tours must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and are offered 7 days a week. Weekends must be booked by 5 PM on Fridays.

Group Tour Options
- Guided Group Tour
- One hour tour of both historic buildings guided by a Museum Educator.
- One glass bottle of Dr Pepper per person.
- Subject to Museum Educator availability.
- Does not include bus parking.
- Self-Guided Group Tour
- Group members can explore the Museum at their leisure.
- One can of Dr Pepper per person.
- Does not include a Museum Educator to guide the group through the Museum.
- Does not include bus parking.
Add-Ons
- D-I-Y Dr Pepper Floats
- A scoop of Vanilla Blue Bell ice cream to go with your included Dr Pepper to make into your own Dr Pepper Float!

Parking
- Bus parking is not available for group tours. Buses may drop off and pick up in front of the Museum on 5th Street, but must move after loading/unloading. Your bus driver should not plan to participate in the Museum visit.
- Free bus parking can be found at Heritage Square (311 Austin Ave, Waco, TX 76701).
- Individual cars or small vans may park in the Museum’s paid parking lot for $10.50 per vehicle. Parking rates subject to change.
Accommodations
- The Dr Pepper Museum offers many accommodations for field trips and tours, including, but not limited to, ramp and elevator access, sensory backpacks, noise indication stickers, and alternative soda-making syrups for food allergies/dietary restrictions.
- There is no minimum required to book a group tour for a group with special needs.
- Please inform the Education Team during the booking process of any accommodation your group requires.
