The Dr Pepper Museum has received a $25,000 grant
from the Masterson Fund at Waco Foundation to assist
in completing the Kellum Rotan Gallery. This grant will provide
the funds needed to install HVAC equipment required to
regulate temperature and humidity in the gallery area.
One of the most important features for any gallery is climate control.
Installing the HVAC equipment will allow exhibit pieces
to be properly maintained, as well as ensuring that guests are
comfortable when visiting the gallery.
Once completed in the fall of 2014, the gallery will include a
teaching Liquids Lab, which will provide educational forums for
students and adults alike, allow for display of new artifacts and
allow for future expansion of displays and traveling exhibits.
