Request A Donation

The Dr Pepper Museum receives hundreds of donation requests each year and strives to give back to the Waco and Central Texas community whenever possible. While we would love to fulfill every request, not all can be approved. Our standard donation includes a hardcover Dr Pepper history book and a Family Four Pack of passes to the Museum, valued at $75.

Because the Dr Pepper Museum is a nonprofit organization, we are unable to donate to for-profit entities. Additionally, since we are not owned or operated by Keurig Dr Pepper, donations of product or items from the Gift Shop are not possible.

Please submit your donation request at least one week before your desired pick-up date to allow time for staff coordination. Requests for donations beyond the standard value are considered on a case-by-case basis and require at least two weeks for processing. Each organization is eligible for consideration for one donation per calendar year.

We require a letter on your organization’s letterhead with specific information about the donation you are requesting for our files.
