Get ready, Peppers, we have some big plans coming our way!
In May 2026, the Dr Pepper Museum, a proud Waco nonprofit organization, will unveil a brand-new installation that’s truly larger than life.
Standing 23 feet tall, a new Dr Pepper bottle will soon take its place in the Museum’s courtyard, just in time for the Dr Pepper Museum’s 35th Birthday Bash ! This impressive addition pays tribute to Waco’s enduring legacy of innovation and creativity as the birthplace of Dr Pepper, America’s oldest major soft drink, since 1885.
Though the biggest Dr Pepper bottle may seem “out of the ordinary,” it reflects the pride, imagination, and commitment that preserved our historic building and continues to celebrate Waco as the original home of Dr Pepper and the Dr Pepper Float.

On Wednesday, March 5, the Dr Pepper Museum accepted one of the largest private donation in Museum’s history. Courtesy of the Hillman Family Foundation and in honor of Cornerstone Caregiving, has vowed to donate a $1,023,000 donation to supoort the Museum’s upcmoning instlllement of the World’s Largest Dr Pepper Bottle in downtown Waco!
