Service Animals & Pet Policy
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Dr Pepper Museum does allow service animals into all public areas of the Museum. Service animals, as defined by the ADA, are animals that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities.
Due to the nature of the Museum’s historic buildings, miniature horses are not able to be accommodated.
Comfort animals, therapy animals, companion animals and emotional support animals are not classified as service animals by the ADA and therefore not allowed into the Museum.
The Museum parking lot has a zero-tolerance policy for animals left unattended in vehicles. After reasonable attempts have been made to contact the vehicle owner, authorities will be contacted for release of the animal.
The Dr Pepper Museum’s full Service Animals & Pet Policy can be found at DPM Service Animals & Pet Policy.
