The Dr Pepper Museum opened its doors to more than 1,100 visitors for A Dr Pepper Christmas, the Museum’s free, family-friendly holiday event on Saturday, Dec. 13. The event is an annual tradition that invites the community to celebrate the holiday season together at the birthplace of Dr Pepper through engaging and accessible programming.
With free admission and support of Premier ER & Urgent Care, the Museum provided something for visitors of all ages to partake in the celebration. Visitors explored Museum exhibits and participated in educational holiday programming, including photo opportunities with Santa. Guests also had the opportunity to participate in the Holiday Make-A-Soda experience, the Museum’s popular add-on experience enhanced with a festive holiday twist.
Welcoming thousands of visitors each year, the Dr Pepper Museum proudly serves as a cultural gathering place for both the Waco community and guests from across the country. Through year-round events and educational experiences, the Museum fosters meaningful connections and shared learning experiences. A Dr Pepper Christmas has become not only a cherished tradition but also a meaningful way to engage with the community and show appreciation for the continued support of our visitors.
The Dr Pepper Museum is thankful for the generous support of Premier ER & Urgent Care in making this event possible.
Continuing this momentum, the Museum’s next major milestone will be its 35th Birthday Bash in May 2026, a community celebration commemorating 35 years of preserving and sharing the Dr Pepper legacy. While all event details are still being finalized, the Big Dr Pepper Bottle is set to be unveiled during the celebration. The public is invited to stay informed on upcoming events and Museum news by following the Dr Pepper Museum on Facebook and Instagram.
