At the Dr Pepper Museum, we believe in the power of community and the importance of recognizing student achievement. That’s why we’re thrilled to partner once again with Chicago Bears player and Waco native Andrew Billings, along with the Billings Family Find-A-Way Foundation, to honor the hard work and dedication of local students.
This year, we had the privilege of celebrating all students who have shown dedication and commitment to their education. Every student, along with staff, were rewarded with a refreshing Dr Pepper float, a token of appreciation for their efforts. Whether it was through perfect attendance, academic progress, or personal growth, each student’s hard work was worth celebrating, and we were excited to be part of recognizing their accomplishments.
In addition to rewarding perfect attendance, the Billings Family Find-A-Way Foundation awarded two students from each grade level a brand-new bicycle. This special prize served as a symbol of the foundation’s commitment to supporting and empowering students to continue excelling in their academic journey.
This is the second year that the Dr Pepper Museum has partnered with Andrew Billings and the Billings Find-A-Way Family Foundation to create these meaningful opportunities for students. Our collaboration is built on a shared commitment to inspiring young people and encouraging them to continue to stive for excellence.
We’re excited to continue this partnership and look forward to more opportunities to celebrate the achievements of local students in the years to come. With the continued support of the Billings Find-A-Way Family Foundation and community organizations, we hope to inspire even more students to reach their full potential and make a lasting impact on their futures.
