Make-A-Soda Field Trip Tickets: $10 per student

Up to 10 free chaperones and one free bus driver per group.

Chaperones

We provide admission for up to 10 free chaperones because it is our expectation that those adults accompanying the tour group are available to help manage the group and provide assistance during the Make-A-Soda portion of the field trip. Additional adults are able to buy General Admission at the desk when they arrive. Free chaperones, free bis drivers, and additional adults who pay General Admission do not get to make a bottle of soda.

60 max because you will need at least 6 chaperones and the total max number of people is 70. Please estimate as closely as possible. You will have an opportunity to give us a more accurate number closer to the time of your field trip.

Dr Pepper Float Upgrade

If you choose to pay with a check, your total on the day of your tour may be more or less than the specific amount your check is made out for due to unforeseen circumstances. Please be prepared to pay for additional people not covered by your check when you arrive. If your check is over the amount needed to cover your group, a refund will be issued via check within 30 days of your tour.

Payment Information

You will pay in full at the time of your tour with cash, check, or credit/debit card. You are required to provide a debit or credit card today which will be charged a $50 fee if your group does not show up or does not notify us of cancellation within 48 hours of your scheduled time. Cancellation instructions will be in the email you receive after you submit this form.

Last Minute Cancellation Fee: $50

You will be charged a $2 Booking Fee today. You will be charged the $50 Last Minute Cancellation Fee to your credit card on file if you are not able to attend your tour and do not cancel your reservation within 48 hours of your scheduled time.

Acknowledgements and Agreements

Chaperone Agreement 1(Required)

Field Trip groups are required to bring at least two chaperones and must have an overall ratio of one chaperone per 10 students.

Chaperone Agreement 2(Required)

Chaperones must stay with students at all times and assist in managing the group during the tour and Make-A-Soda experience. There are no additional staff members who can help supervise students. The Museum is not responsible for any members of your party.

Space Capacity Agreement(Required)

The space where we facilitate the Make-A-Soda experience has a limited capacity of 40 people per sessions. Additional adults will be asked to wait outside the space during the Make-A-Soda experience if capacity is an issue. We recommend communicating this to parents in advance.

Student Pricing Agreement(Required)

I certify that the members of my group attend an educational institution of some kind and are under the age of 18. The Dr Pepper Museum is a nonprofit and can only offer reduced admission pricing to students who attend or are affiliated with an educational institution.
