Claire Kultgen McDonald

Claire was born and raised in Waco and graduated from Lorena High School. She graduated from Baylor with an aviation degree then moved to Maryland for five years where she worked for the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA) answering aviation questions for our members and working on airspace issues and air traffic with the FAA. She also flew various jobs, primarily in very old Cessnas. In 2010 she moved back to Waco to work for her father at their 83-year-old family business, Bird-Kultgen Ford, where she currently handles the dealer responsibilities.

Her husband Theo is a manager and engineer at SpaceX, leading their mars engine development and is from Syracuse, New York. We have 3-year-old and 1-year-old daughters. She enjoys anything active and competitive and in her free time mountain bikes, sails, and plays on their motorboat. They attend Redeemer Presbyterian Church, and volunteer with the Baylor Sailing Team.  Claire has a weekly Dr Pepper while watching the Baylor Bears.

Pat Wright

Pat Wright was born and raised in the small town of West, Texas, and attended college at McMurry University where he played football. After college Pat came back to the Central Texas area where he has been in the beverage industry for over 20 years and currently holds the position of Immediate Consumption Manager at Keurig Dr Pepper of Waco. He has held a variety of positions during his 18 years with the company, but his current role is his favorite as it allows him the opportunity to work with schools, local restaurants, businesses and special events around Waco and the surrounding areas. Pat enjoys coming up with new ways for organizations to thrive in their market and is seen as a go to person for the community. Although he is an avid Dr Pepper enthusiast, he enjoys the home-grown product history and the unique stories that come from the Central Texas area.
