RENTAL DETAILS

Which spaces are you renting?(Required)

Located in the historic Kellum Rotan Building, the KR Event Space is our only standalone indoor rental space.

This space can be rented

What is included:

  • 1,528 square feet
  • Use of the KR Lobby
  • Dedicated parking spaces
  • Maximum of 80 people at round tables
  • Maximum of 100 people in theater-style seating
  • Maximum of 50 people at rectangular tables for conference seating
  • Use of integrated sound system with microphone included
  • Two sinks available
  • Additional built in bench seating under the windows

  • Kellum Rotan Lobby
  • Exclusive access to both of our private parking lots
  • The Soda Fountain
  • The Courtyard
  • Exhibit Galleries

The Courtyard is located between our two historic buildings can be rented by itself or in conjunction with our indoor spaces. The Courtyard is only available to rent after hours and includes exclusive access to both of our private parking lots.

What is included:

  • 3100 square feet
  • Can accommodate 600 people standing and 200-400 seated depending on configuration
  • Outdoor picnic table seating
  • Shade structures including awning and a covered dock
  • Power and water for one food truck
  • Electrical outlets to accommodate a full band

The Soda Fountain is available to rent in conjunction with The Courtyard. If you rent the entire Kellum Rotan Building the Soda Fountain space is included. The full Fountain menu is available to rentals. All drinks, floats, and fountain treats are in addition to your rental fee. Staff time is an additional fee.

Catering(Required)
Do you plan to have catered food brought in for your event? This includes drop off food deliveries like boxed lunches.
Alcohol(Required)
Do you plan to serve alcohol at your event?
Security Acknowledgment(Required)
Off-duty police officers are required to be in attendance at any rental when alcohol is being served. You will pay the officers directly, this fee is not included in your total booking cost. We will provide you with the contact information to book your security officers once you sign the Rental Contract.
Tables, Chairs, and Linens(Required)
Only available in the KR Event Space.

ADD-ONS

Portable PA System(Required)
$100 use fee. Two speakers on tall stands. A wired microphone on a stand is available for use with them. The speakers have an AUX input and can also play CDs.
Two TVs on Rolling Bases(Required)
$100 use fee for both TVs. Flat screen TVs on rolling bases. HDMI input hookups available. Only available for use in the KR Event Center. You will have access to the cables we have available but we cannot guarantee we will have the cable you need.
Custom Guest WIFI Network(Required)
No charge. WIFI is not available unless this option is selected. There is not guest WIFI in the Museum.
Preselected Gift Shop Items(Required)
Prices vary based on your selection. If your group will not have time to go through the Gift Shop, you do not want the Gift Shop open during your after-hours event, or you want to buy each of your guests items from the Gift Shop as gifts, we can help you with that prior to your event.
Prepackaged Soda Fountain Items(Required)
Prepackaged bottles and cans of soda can be purchased in advance of your event. If you want fountain treats and handmade drinks for your group, you will need to choose a rental that includes the Thirst Aid Station Trailer or the Soda Fountain as an option.

ADD-ON EXPERIENCES

Do you want the Gift Shop open during your event?(Required)
No rental events can be held in this space, we will just staff the space so your guests can shop.
Make-A-Soda(Required)
Available with a KR Event Space rental or a Kellum Rotan Building rental for an additional fee.
